We have the Quick Shopping Cart - the Badge HTML code spits out javascript that isn't compliant with XHTML - can this be added as a fix?

I grabbed the iframe code and have it up and running on my QSC's Welcome Page - But, I'd love to be able to use the flash badges as well as the javascript

Great Product and just what every website that sells anything MUST have - lots of photo's

Hi, I'm fighting trying to get the "html" multiple photo badges set up in my QSC - Seems the code given in the Photo Filer isn't XHTML compliant, nor do the on-line solutions (I found at Dynamic Drive thanks to a chat specialist) work on the QSC.

1 - the code in the Photo Filer badge(s) should already be XHTML compliant

2 - How to make the javascipt code (it's NOT in HTML even ;-) work with the QSC??

Glad to see some plug-in's for our websites, now to get them all working for me. Great job so far everyone.

Greetings Sid,

Presently the themes are fixed but there are plans to include the ability to let the owner customize the themes/ templates within a future version of the program. I'm hoping we include the ability to key the theme of chosen images within the owner's account and allow for editing of the stylesheet. If there's anything additional you think should be in there please let us know.

Thanks for the kind words and glad that you are finding it useful . Now the good news.
1. Is planned and should be in a future version of OPF.
2. You are correct and it was intended that adding your own music was within our scope for a future version.

Keep an eye out for these in future version of the Photo Filer.

LOVE the montage feature! It's so nice to have the ability to pull my favorite images from select galleries for display. Two things that would be PHENOMENAL....
1.) Ability to embed the montage like you can the slide shows with some iframe code. 2.) Ability to add our own music to the montage....let's face it the sample music is nice, but VERY limited.

Other than that, I am LOVING the new features! Keep up the good work!

This may be better dealt with over at the blogcast blog, onlinequickblog.com , but since It's going to be me answering it over there too let's just keep it here. This depends on what type of spam this is. Trackback spam or comment spam. The sad fact is that the majority > 90% of trackbacks are spam. For comment spam we send each person a mail the first time they leave a comment asking them to click a link to prove that it's a human but there's no adequate defense against people sitting and typing in unwanted comments ( we also restrict the number that can be made)

Without knowing the blog or the nature of the comments there's really not much info I can give you on the best strategy to reduce exposure to these.

Thanks for the feedback on OPF. Presently you are right in that it's a little too fixed and the workaround would be to use another method than the one within the program to achieve this. The problem is that once you get above 1000 images it's not going to show the remainder unless you break them up into separate galleries.

I can suggest locating a widget , or similar snippet of code to embed within Website Tonight an E.g we're sending the info the formatting of the WST side is occurring within that program but I have noted the issue and it is on the WST roadmap to improve this in a future edition.

I set up a blog for one of my clients; and, today she received 10 spam reponse attempts in her approval box. Are you able to help us stop those before they submit them? Thanks, Terri

Hello,

I basically have the same question as Tracy did in an earlier comment. I would like to be able to list all of my images from Online Photo Filer into WST. I can do it now but it will only display the exact number of images based on the column and row settings.

During edit mode it appears I can go forward & backward to view the images, but once put into WST it becomes static and will not allow movement in either direction. I already have my customers going to a "different" website once they go to my shopping cart so I really do not want them to have to go to a new site/browser window for my images.

Any work around to this or something in the works to make this happen?
